Refund and Returns Policy

Unopened Product

ValkyrieComputer.com provides a full refund if product is returned in original unopened condition within seven (7) days of purchase.

Opened Product

ValkyrieComputer.com cannot accept returns of opened software products except where defective and then only for replacement.

ValkyrieComputer.com may accept returns of opened hardware products (except motherboards, memory and hard drives) if returned within seven (7) days of purchase (a 25% restocking fee will be charged). Products must be returned in original “as new” condition, complete with all of the original packaging. Absolutely no returns will be accepted if any portion of the packaging or product is missing.

Defective Product

ValkyrieComputer.com will repair or replace, at our discretion, defective hardware products (as determined by the manufacturer standards for acceptable performance), if defective within seven (7) days of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
